Via Oberta incorporates new types of procedures relating to education and leisure

The authorization request form by type of procedure Via Oberta has been updated to offer a much more precise classification of procedures related to the educational and leisure fields. This improvement allows for a clear differentiation between formal education and non-regulated activities, optimizing the processing of educational services offered by local entities.

The new types of procedures and associated procedures are detailed below:

1. Educational and academic field

Educational places, registrations and other academic procedures: Includes procedures linked to access to regulated educational centers.
- (2785) Pre-registration of students at educational centers
- (2790) Student enrollments in educational centers

2. Non-academic and leisure area

Non-academic places and registrations: Includes procedures for accessing unregulated, local activities and services.
- (2770) Organization of leisure activities (such as cultural activities, leisure activities, summer camps, camps or extracurricular activities).

On the other hand, in the area of financial support for students and within the framework of this update, the typology Taxpayer adds a new procedure linked to the management of economic support lines:
