At the Open Administration of Catalonia (AOC) we drive the digital transformation of Catalan public administrations through the provision of shared services and a collaborative governance model that places people at the center. With more than 2,5 million daily transactions, we are a key part of an efficient, open and modern administration.

🎯 Your role in the organization

With Legal Advice Technician (Ref. 57B), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support in the legal adaptation of the AOC Consortium's services and products to the regulations on administrative procedure, legal regime, data protection and digital administration.
  • Carry out studies and legal reports on legislative developments that affect AOC services.
  • Develop implementation plans for adapting services to new legal and practical needs.
  • Formalize the conditions for providing services and the registration and cancellation forms.
  • Manage and prepare documentation related to agreements, subsidies and public prices.
