The has been published Resolution EMT/2150/2026, of June 23, which approves the call for subsidies for the commercial revitalization of the historic centers and commercial axes of Catalonia through urban planning instruments 2026.

The purpose of the subsidy is to promote policies in the field of commerce. In order to achieve this purpose, this subsidy is designed to revitalize ground-floor commerce in the historic centers and commercial areas of medium-sized cities in Catalonia through urban planning instruments, especially in the cases of historic centers and commercial areas that have suffered a specific process of urban degradation compared to the rest of the municipality.

The deadline for submitting applications with the attached documentation included begins on July 2, 2026 at 09:00 and ends on July 22, 2026 at 14:00.
