The day March 9 2026 the deadline established by the Public Procurement Advisory Board to complete the transfer of contractual data for the 2025 financial year to the Public Contracts Registry (RPC): The communication of contractual data for 2025 to the Public Register of Contracts (RPC) must be done before March 9, 2026.
This is a key step to ensure the compliance with current regulations, which requires this information to be communicated to allow its subsequent referral to the State Register of Public Sector Contracts and to the Comptes Union, according to the Public Sector Contracts Law.
What needs to be done before March 9th?
We ask you to review the contractual information for 2025 and check if any data is missing to submit. If you detect any omissions, they must be incorporated into the tool before the deadline.
Reminder about integration PSCP RPC
At the end of 2025, the integration between the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) and the RPC, and it is important to keep these points in mind:
✔️ Contracts published in aggregate
- Els contracts published in aggregate form in the PSCP (via spreadsheet) from the date your organization's integration was activated are automatically sent to RPC.
- If you have any pending information minor, framework agreement-based or dynamic system-specific, remember that must be reported directly to the PSCP so that they are automatically processed towards the RPC.
✔️ Contracts published individually
- The cases that have started their first phase in the PSCP after the integration is activated (in November 2025) they will be sent to the RPC when they reach the phase of award or formalization, according to the procedure.
- The files that have been started in the Publication Manager before the integration was activated, they will need to be entered manually in the RPC.
