My Space facilitates access to information with 1.825 integrated entities
Over the last few months, the Citizens' Folders Hub has incorporated important improvements that you will find described below. on the project's GitHub.
The documentation of the Citizen Folders Hub (HCC) has taken a leap forward to better support entities and providers that want to integrate with El meu Espai by simplifying the technical work. The objective remains clear: a more integrated, transparent and easy-to-use citizen portfolio experience for both citizens and ICT teams.
🔧 Focus on taxes and fines
The documentation of Tax consultation has been enriched with new examples of tax objects, debts, actions and attachments, aligning with the planned deployment of the integration of taxes and fines in My Space.
This refinement of the model makes it easier for local entities to take advantage of tax piloting and improve the information that citizens see about amounts, situations and payment options.
📁 More clarity in models and tests
JSON models ofperformances, files i tributes They incorporate richer examples and parameter tables that help understand how integration and information should be approached.
Sets of have been defined Tax ID numbers of tests and minimum use cases to validate the endpoints (number of actions, files and tax objects) making the tests more realistic but 100% free of personal data.
🚀 My Space
My Space is consolidated as an interoperable and inter-administrative Citizen Folder service aimed at making the relationship with citizens more effective and satisfying their needs and rights. More than 1.825 integrated entities are already part of the service.
No cost for user entities, “My Space” makes it easier for citizens to know the status of their procedures and procedures with the Administration in a simple, simplified and comprehensive way of their actions with an inter-administrative vision thanks to the collaboration within the framework of the Open Government Network of Catalonia.
