Automatic warnings activated PSCP to strengthen the publication of formalities and subcontracting

The Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) has activated new automatic informative notices aimed at users with role validator, with the aim of ensuring better monitoring of publication obligations.

🔹 Publication reminder of the formalization
Users will receive a reminder email about the obligation to publish the formalization of contracts in the contractor profile. The notice will be sent two months later from the date of publication of the award and will be repeated monthly until the formalization has been published.

In those procedures that are perfected with the award (minor contracts, based on a Framework Agreement, specific to the Dynamic Purchasing System, simplified open, emergency, direct awards and non-minor direct awards), and where there is no need to publish the formalization, the field must be indicated in the award phase:
“This contract is perfected upon its award.”

🔹 Subcontracting publication reminder
You will also receive a reminder email in contracts where you have reported that subcontracting is planned and that the subcontracting that has occurred must be published.
In this case, the notice will be sent a month later of the end date of execution indicated in the formalization or award (in the procedures that are perfected with this). Subsequently, a notice will be sent each month until publication is made.

🔹 Informative nature of the notices
In both cases, the warnings have a purely informativeIf there is any aspect of the procedure —such as the filing of an appeal— that prevents compliance with the deadlines established by the regulations, these deadlines are postponed until its resolution.
