The new version is now available. of the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP), which incorporates important improvements to facilitate the management of publications and integration with other systems.
🔹 Main improvements
- Adaptations to the publication manager:
- Possibility of adding amendments to aggregated publications of minors, contracts based or specific to dynamic system, through a new upload of the excel template, with the aim of facilitating the application of changes to the publication in bulk.
- control of extinctions per batch in the execution phase so that only one extinction action is allowed to be added for each batch of the tender.
- Mandatory submission of the contract evaluation report for areas of the Platform other than local administration (e.g. for the area of service universities).
- Shipments to RPC and at TED:
- incorporation of information into the dispatch control consoles in the RPC and in TED (this second integration is currently in the pilot phase), from the Publications Manager, with the aim of providing clearer information for monitoring.
- Shipping to RPC of the execution phases published with respect to contracts initiated before the activation of the integration, with the aim of being able to send to the RPC automatically the execution information of old tenders that are still in execution.
- Data quality improvements:
- Blocking fields between phases, with the intention of improving the quality of the published data and ensuring the coherence and integrity of the information throughout the entire life cycle of the procedure, a functionality has been implemented to block the value incorporated in some fields of the phases already published. In this way, these cannot be edited from the following phases. To make a modification to these values, it will be necessary to make an amendment to the initial phase in which it was reported.
- Automatic processes: new quarterly reminders to ensure compliance with publication obligations for aggregated minor, based and dynamic system-specific publications.

Changes incorporated into the integration service PSCP with third-party case managers:
In this new version, a new operation has been incorporated into the REST service of the PSCP, called ConsultationContracts, which allows you to consult the files that are automatically transferred to Public Registry of Contracts (RPC).
What does this new query allow?
- Recover the current status of the contract once sent to RPC.
- Get the registration number in RPC automatically.
- Have a unified query to track contracts sent from the PSCP.
Replacement of the old integration service
This new functionality is designed to replace the current direct integration service with the RPC, scheduled to be discontinued over the course of 2026, therefore, it will be necessary for the integrators of the RPC adapt their tools to connect with this new query.
More information in the integrator manual.
You will find all the details about this new feature in the new section. “Consult Rpc contracts” of the updated integration manual.
