Signer and Validator integration with the qualified timestamp service

Next Wednesday, March 18th, the service Validator, which the AOC Consortium offers to Catalan Public Administrations to validate the status of electronic signatures and certificates, will be used the Qualified Time Stamp Service when completing the signature format and allowing its preservation. With the same objective and on the same day, a new version of the service's native service application will also be released Signer, so that the electronic signature generation and validation services will be protected with qualified time stamps.

More than 700 applications of the Catalan administrations integrate the Signador service to allow the signing of documents by the people who use them, managing more than 5 million monthly operations. On the other hand, the AOC Consortium validates 25 million certificates and 11 million monthly signatures through the Validador service.

The new integration of timestamp service qualified with the signature and validation services of the AOC Consortium guarantees that the signatures produced and protected can be validated and accepted by all administrations at both the national and European levels.
