The Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) constitutes the single and complete portal for the dissemination of information on the contractual activity of all contracting bodies in Catalonia, constituting a tool that contributes both to the transparència and integrity in public action, as well as competition and equal treatment between companies.
With the aim of facilitating its use by required to comply with the terms described in the Public Sector Contracts Law (9/2017) and in the context of analyzing the activity of basic administration services that are part of the AOC's service catalog the next May 21 we are organizing a new one webinar in order to explain their main benefits and the basic concepts in its use.
The seminar is directed to those people who are starting to use the PSCP, such as, for example, personnel recently incorporated into a contracting body, a public body that has recently joined the Platform or bodies that have already joined but in which its use needs to be initiated or promoted.
El SCHEDULE of the seminar will discuss the basic concepts for using the PSCP with:
- Data registration/modification process
- User roles
- Access
as well as, topics about more operational in theuse of the platform such as:
- Publication of individual contract without lots and with lots
- Aggregate burden of minors
- Viewing data published in the contractor profile.
- Data integration with the Public Register of Contacts.
