Miquel Estapé: “We need to stop thinking about procedures and start thinking about real problems”

In a interview published in Impulsa City Council, the director of the AOC, Miquel Estapé analyzes in depth the current challenges of the digital transformation of public administration and highlights that the real change is not technological, but above all cultural and organizational.
