In order to offer more scope to the managers of the entities affiliated to EACAT, it has been agreed postpone the closing ofEACAT ClassicIn this way, the platform will continue to operate. until February 4, 2026, and not until January 14, 2026 as initially planned.

This decision responds to the need to have more time to set up correctly the mailboxes of the new EACAT and respond to the inquiries that have been received. The extension of the deadline will allow entities to complete the adaptation with greater guarantees and ensure an orderly transition to the new environment.

Until the new closing date, EACAT Classic and the new EACAT they will live together. From February 4 2026, all procedures must be carried out exclusively from the new EACAT, since EACAT Classic will stop working permanently.

Actions to consider before closing

It is essential that, before the deadline, the people managing theEACAT of each entity:

  • Review and properly configure mailboxes in the new EACAT.
  • Ensure that users can access, process and consult inter-administrative processing services correctly.
  • Verify that access to services is appropriate, avoiding possible security incidents or management errors.

To support this task, there is resources with:

User migration and AOC service permissions

Both users and permissions of AOC services (eNOTUM, eFACT, ERES, Via Oberta, among others) will be automatically migrated to the new EACAT, without the need for any management. Until day 4, any management must continue to be done exclusively from theEACAT Classic and, from that date, you will find the same settings available in the new EACAT.

Once February 4, 2026 arrives, EACAT Classic will cease to provide service and functionalities found in the following sections will be deactivated:

  • Procedures (Procedures Catalog, My Procedures and the Registration Window)
  • Configuration
  • AOC applications
  • Historical record
