Consulting the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) provides information on subsidies and public aid that any natural or legal person may have received in a given period of time. To access it, a prerequisite is required: be affiliated with the BDNS.
Federation means that a public administration is integrated into the BDNS and manages its calls for subsidies through it. Below, we detail the procedure to follow if you are not a member:
1. Submission of the Prior Actions form
It is necessary to send the BDNS Previous Actions form with all the information requested at the address bdns@igae.hacienda.gob.esIn this document you must:
- Provide the data of the Obliged Body and the Sending Body.
- Obliged body: it is the body managing the subsidies or aid that must be registered in the BDNS.
- Sending body: the body responsible for sending the information to the BDNS. According to the instructions on the form, for example to the local administration, this body is preferably the Intervention.
- Designate the Institutional Administrator, who will be responsible to the BDNS.
2. Pre-authorization from the Institutional Administrator
Once the form is received, the BDNS will proceed to pre-authorize the designated Institutional Administrator. This person will be sent an email to the address indicated on the form with instructions to complete the registration process.
3. Accreditation and request for access to the BDNS through RADIX
Following the instructions received by email, the institutional Administrator must:
- Access to RADIX (IGAE identity management platform).
- Accredit yourself with your electronic certificate.
- Request access to the BDNS (production and/or testing) through RADIX.
4. Definitive access to the BDNS
Once the previous steps have been completed, the Institutional Administrator must:access the BDNS using your electronic certificate. When you access it correctly, your pre-authorization will be closed and will become a user of the right to sue the BDNS.
