The communication of contractual data for 2025 to the Public Register of Contracts (RPC) must be done before March 9, 2026

As every year, the Public Procurement Advisory Board of the Department of Economy and Finance establishes a deadline for Catalan Public Administrations to incorporate contractual data (including modifications, extensions and settlements) from the previous year into the Public Register of Contracts of the Generalitat de Catalunya (hereinafter RPC), which from the AOC Consortium, we implement in local entities and universities.

The objective of this transmission is to comply with the deadlines established in the regulations that regulate the transmission of contractual data to the RPC and which also makes it possible for it to be subsequently referred to the State Register of Public Sector Contracts and the Auditor General, also in compliance with the Public Sector Contracts Law.

This year, the deadline for submitting the 2025 contractual data is March 9, 2026.Therefore, it will be necessary for all data relating to public administration contracts (awardings, modifications, extensions and settlements), for the year 2025, are informed in RPC and that those that are currently still in the “contracting agency” or “returned contract” status are duly sent to the Advisory Board status.

To facilitate this task, we provide you with specific support content to carry out these actions:

Likewise, we remind you that during the year 2025 it has been activated the integration between the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) and the Public Registry of Contracts and, therefore, you must keep in mind that:

  • all those contracts published in aggregate form in the PSCP (via spreadsheet) from the date the integration is activated PSCP-RPC of your organism, are sent automatically to theRPC. If you have minors to report, based on a framework agreement or specific to a dynamic system, remember that you must do so in the PSCP and from there they will be sent to RPC.
  • els individually published contracts that have started their first phase in the PSCP from this integration activation date, they will be sent to RPC once they have reached the award or formalization phase (depending on the contract award procedure).

Regarding all these contracts sent to RPC from this integration, we remind you that you must review the section “List of shipments to theRPC"On PSCP to identify if any shipment has been left in the “Incorrect”, “With warnings” or “Technical error” status. In this case, you will need to identify what corrective action you need to take in the tools, taking into account the message included in the Submission Summary.
