Well EACAT: one week later, what have we learned and how can we help you?

On February 4, 2026, we experienced a key moment for the country's inter-administrative processing: el Well EACAT became the unique and definitive platform to work with services and procedures between administrations. A change that has been prepared for a long time, with months of migration, testing and prior communication, and which this week has experienced its first major test: more than 2.250 public entities and 70.000 public employees making massive use from the local world (town halls, county councils and provincial councils) and the Generalitat of Catalonia.

These first few days have been intense, as is always the case with an implementation of this magnitude. We have recorded a very high volume of activity – that of a whole day concentrated in the early hours of the morning – and, at the same time, we have been able to confirm that the service works stably, which most users are accessing and processing normally and that the adoption of the new model is taking place progressively and positively.

From the AOC, we want sincerely appreciate the effort and ability to adapt of all the people who have been working with the New these days EACAT. We know that changes are never trivial, that having a new workspace involves readjustments, doubts and incidents, and that the daily workload does not stop. However, the response we have received shows that the community EACAT is mature, collaborative and resilient, and that the path started is the right one.

This change representa much more than a redesign. It means unify in a single platform inter-administrative processing, modernize the user experience, improve permission management and prepare the ground for the functionalities to come. The New EACAT it is another platform organized, intuitive and scalable, and lays the foundations for facing the digital government challenges of the coming years.

With this first week we can now share some lessons learned and, above all, offer you clear answers to the most frequent doubts and incidents, so that your work becomes increasingly fluid.

Below, we present you a collection of the topics that have generated the most queries, along with practical advice and instructions to solve them autonomously and quickly.

And as always and in any case, if you need more support in this process of change, our support team is here to help youWe are available from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 19 pm, with the aim of giving you an answer in the quickest and clearest way possible.
