Deregistration of inactive users from the Public Register of Contracts (RPC)

In order to comply with the recommendations established in terms of security and data protection in corporate applications, the Department of Economy and Finance, which manages the Contracting services implemented by the AOC Consortium in the local world and in universities, will soon carry out a user deletion process that will consist of unsubscribe those with profile Publisher and Validator that have not made use of the Public Register of Contracts after 31 December 2024.

From the AOC we will send an email to the email addresses listed in the RPC, related to the affected users.

In case you want to keep the user despite receiving the warning, you will need to connect to RPC by username and password or digital certificate, through the applications tabEACAT, before of the March 15 2026. From now on, action will be planned to unsubscribe the inactive until that date.
