From the AOC we are preparing the Digital Maturity Index (IMD) of city councils and county councils corresponding to the year 2025. The period for submitting amendments to the IMD 2025 is extended ends March 27, 2026.
To calculate the indicators that allow us to obtain the Digital Maturity Index we take into account:
- Data on the use of AOC services
- The analysis of the websites of local bodies
- The amendments sent to us by those involved
1. Review your data
That's why we call on review the data of each entity to adjust the 2025 Digital Maturity Index. You can review your data by accessing the website where we publish the IMD indicators:
2. Do you see inaccurate data?
Once the information has been reviewed, and in case you have found any inaccurate data, you can send your amendments using one of the two formsfollowing, depending on your integration with MUX.
Important: If your organization is not effectively integrated with the service MUX of the AOC, you must inform the number of total incoming and outgoing records of your entity on the amendment form. This information is very important for the preparation of the index.
3. Amendments to the Cybersecurity indicator
If you have reviewed the indicator of the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia and want to amend the proposed value or have a more precise assessment, you can send this information directly to the mailbox of govern.dada@ciberseguretat.cat.

Acknowledgments Open Administration
The score obtained in the IMD 2025 will be used to create the list of entities awarded with the Acknowledgments Open Administration, awards that the AOC grants each year to local administrations leadingeres in digital transformation.
The IMD is calculated using data from a full year, therefore, this year's edition is prepared with data from the year 2025. This methodology for remote services ensures that assessments are based on a solid and comprehensive data set.
