Beginning April 29 the new one will be launched Bulk sending (TMAS) inside the new EACATThis version has been redesigned to be more usable and easy to use, with a clear structure, understandable and inclusive language and intuitive navigation, aligned with the new design ofEACAT to offer a more agile, accessible and user-centered experience.
Who can do it?
TMAS is available exclusively for supra-municipal entities that already used this functionality in theEACAT Classic, where it appeared under the name of Sending information, writings and documentsYou can consult these entities in the list. Public entities that have the TMAS.
To simplify management and facilitate both sending and consulting mass submissions, the permissions of users who already had access will be migrated. In addition, the new service Bulk submission will be incorporated into mailboxes that already had the old service called Sending information, writings and documents.
Required prior tasks
It should be noted that Bulk submission templates will not be automatically migrated to the new system. For this reason, we recommend that users:
- Save the current templates in a separate archive.
- Keep the texts so you can reuse them later.
This will allow you to easily recreate the templates when you access the new TMAS.
