We are looking for a person to accompany local administrations in their digital transformation process, with experience in management within the local administration and with a strong vocation for public service. The main functions will be:
- Lead, direct and coordinate initiatives to promote digital transformation and change management in Catalan administrations to achieve maximum impact from AOC services.
- Promote digital accompaniment services and personalized support to ensure that all citizens can access and use digital services effectively.
- Identify, disseminate and promote the deployment of good practices in digital transformation, while detecting and eliminating bad practices.
- Design and implement training programs, workshops and events to train Administration staff in the use of AOC services and best digital transformation practices.

We are also looking for a person to fill the position of legal advisory services technician, position aimed exclusively at permanent staff of the consortium administrations of the AOC Consortium
Its functions will be:
- Provide support in the legal adaptation of new and existing services/products of the AOC Consortium to the new regulations on administrative procedure and legal regime of public administrations, on the protection of personal data and other regulations related to digital administration.
- Carry out the different studies and legal reports on the new legislation and amendments that affect the services of the AOC Consortium.
- Prepare legal reports and implementation plans on the adaptation of services to new legal and practical needs.
- Formalize and adapt the conditions for providing services and registration and cancellation forms.
- Provide assistance in managing and preparing documentation related to agreements, subsidies and public prices.
