At AOC we are looking for a dynamic and driven person to fill the position of Legal advice services technician. The call is addressed to permanent staff of the consortium administrations of the AOC Consortium for the provision of permanent personnel for the position of Legal Advisory Services Technician. The characteristics are as follows:

Legal advice technician services: reference 57B
The objective of the job is legal advice for digital administration services.
Position functions and responsibilities:

Provide support in the legal adaptation of new and existing services/products of the AOC Consortium to the new regulations on administrative procedure and legal regime of public administrations, on the protection of personal data and other regulations related to digital administration.
Carry out the different studies and legal reports on the new legislation and amendments that affect the services of the AOC Consortium.
Prepare legal reports and implementation plans on the adaptation of services to new legal and practical needs.
Formalize and adapt the conditions for providing services and registration and cancellation forms.
Provide assistance in managing and preparing documentation relating to agreements, subsidies and prices
public.

Annual gross: 44.040,08 euros + 10% variable
