At AOC we are looking for two dynamic and driven people who are enthusiastic about the digital revolution, to fill the positions of legal advisory services technician and from Head of Via Obierta service. The characteristics are as follows:
Legal advice technician services: reference 57
The objective of the job is legal advice for digital administration services.
Position functions and responsibilities:
- Provide support in the legal adaptation of new and existing services/products of the AOC Consortium to the new regulations on administrative procedure and legal regime of public administrations, on the protection of personal data and other regulations related to digital administration.
- Carry out the different studies and legal reports on the new legislation and amendments that affect the services of the AOC Consortium.
- Prepare legal reports and implementation plans on the adaptation of services to new legal and practical needs.
- Formalize and adapt the conditions for providing services and registration and cancellation forms.
- Provide assistance in managing and preparing documentation relating to agreements, subsidies and prices
public.

The objective of the job is to manage the service(s) under your responsibility to ensure optimal operation.
Position functions and responsibilities:
- Manage service excellence with the support of your boss
- Plan to achieve goals on time and in a timely manner
- Supervise the correct execution of the planning of improvements and evolutions of services to ensure that there are no deviations.
- Analyze results to make improvement decisions
- Prepare the technical specifications for the projects in close collaboration with the corresponding technology manager.
- Make public presentations of the Service to disseminate it
- Collaborate with the Deputy Director in the required tasks

- Annual gross: €44.040,08 + 10% variable salary in terms of objectives
