CGD2025: the revolutionary spirit to transform the digital future
This year 2024 has been a year full of significant advances, and all thanks to the active collaboration of our users. Their participation has been essential for the continuous improvement of our services. And the fact is that at the AOC, we deeply value the opinion of our users and we strive to apply the improvements that they send us.
Below we want to share some highlights that they reflect this valuable collaboration:
- 52 improvement proposals arising from the CAU: we have managed a total of 52 proposals arising from the daily activity of our Customer Service Center, with more than 60.000 interactions with users so far this year. Each proposal helps identify and implement changes that benefit everyone, both in services and in support content. Each contact with our users is an opportunity to better understand their needs and adapt our services.
- More than 3.900.000 visits to the FAQ's: Our FAQ has been visited more than 3.900.000 times. This shows that the updated FAQ's are useful and respond to users' needs. We are committed to keeping them up-to-date and relevant, based on feedback, user queries and searches on the support portals.
- 340 new ideas created: through the platform Milorem.aoc.cat, users have proposed 340 new ideas. These ideas are fundamental to innovation and the development of new functionalities and services. Each proposal is carefully reviewed to ensure that we can implement the most valuable improvements.
- 68 ideas completed: by 2024 we have successfully applied 68 of the proposed ideas. This reflects our commitment to actively listening and implementing improvements suggested by users. We're proud to see our users' ideas turn into real improvements that benefit the entire community.
-15 demands identified through different actions in the territory such as face-to-face meetings, work sessions and conferences with different local administrations. Active listening in the territory is essential for us to detect how to evolve and improve our services.
- More than 1.300 comments through digital communities with members of provincial councils, county councils and town councils who participate in or lead the digital transformation of their entities. This shows the interest of users to share knowledge, exchange experiences and provide us with their vision in relation to the design of the services we offer them.
At AOC, we are convinced that collaboration with our users is the key to providing quality services. Your opinion is fundamental to us, as it helps us identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that really meet your needs. Listening to and implementing improvements suggested by our users is not only a priority, but part of our commitment to excellence.
