Beginning January 14 2026, EACAT Classic will definitely stop working and all procedures must be carried out exclusively from the new EACAT.
Before closing, the people managing theEACAT of each entity must review and properly configure mailboxes to the new EACAT to ensure:
- That users can correctly access, process and consult the inter-administrative processing services that correspond to them
- That there is no improper access to these services, thus avoiding possible security incidents or management errors.

As for the permissions from AOC services (for example, e-NOTUM, eFACT, ERES, Via Oberta, etc), you don't need to take any additional action: existing permissions will be automatically migrated to the new one EACAT.
During the 2025, has been maintained the coexistence of the two platforms to allow a progressive transitionHowever, from of January 14, 2026, EACAT Classic will cease to provide service and the functionalities found in the following sections will be deactivated:
- Procedures (Procedures Catalog, My Procedures and the Registration Window)
- Configuration
- AOC applications
- Historical record
Structure of the new EACAT
The new environment is organized in a more intuitive way and adapted to current management needs:
- Personal space, where the user can manage their information, communicate with their manager and view the services to which they have access.
- Catalog of services and procedures, to start the processing.
- Processing space, to track your files.
- Management space, intended for managers to administer users and their permissions. It is divided into:
- AOC Services Directory, to access the set of services that the AOC provides to Catalan public administrations.
