Closing FTP mailboxeseFACT: January 19

There are still entities in the process of migrating to the new e-FACT system. It is important to complete the integration before the deadline to guarantee the continuity of the electronic invoice sending service.

What to do if you haven't migrated yet:

  • Start integration via REST API
  • Coordinate with the technology provider
    • Communicate the changes to your provider and make sure they use the technical documentation.
    • Once the tests are completed, the definitive production token and the system will be fully operational.

Key point

  • FTP final closure:
    Access to FTP and sFTP mailboxes will be closed on January 19, 2026. Entities that have not completed the migration they will lose access to the invoice sending system via FTP and SFTP, which will affect the normal sending of invoices.
