Digital Transformation Module in the Local World: train yourself to lead change
On November 18, 2025, a session was held with the technicians of the Regional Councils, a space designed to strengthen collaboration with the territory and share challenges and opportunities in the digital transformation of municipalities.
The day combined a presentation of the latest developments in AOC services with a participatory workshop aimed at identifying needs, generating ideas and co-creating solutions linked to the demands of the territory.
During the first part, the most relevant updates to the EACAT 3.0 services, digital certification, the integration of the Contractor Profile with the Public Register of Contracts, the improvements to El Meu Espai, the catalogue of standardized procedures of Via Oberta, the Local Data Platform project and the piloting of meal assistance were presented. A good practice was also presented in relation to the promotion and deployment of the Via Oberta service by the Berguedà i Bages Regional Council, which served as a reference for the rest of the councils.
Afterwards, the participants worked in groups in a workshop to identify the main challenges and generate proposals to strengthen governance between county councils and AOC, advance with the necessary training to deploy and use digital services and to improve AOC services and be able to respond to the demands of the territory.
The meeting concluded with a sharing session, where representatives from each group shared the most outstanding conclusions and contributions.
The event allowed the voice of the territory to be heard, strengthened collaboration with regional councils and jointly advanced a territorial strategy that promotes more efficient and accessible public services.
