Representa allows you to select the language of communications

The service Representa (the electronic register of powers of attorney that the AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations) allows users to select the language, Catalan or Spanish, in which you want to receive communications (SMS and/or email), thus making this service more accessible.

This new functionality is incorporated to guarantee the right of citizens to receive communications in their preferred language (Catalan or Spanish) and to standardize communications with the citizenship portal, which was currently available in both languages.

To change the language, just like for modify any other personal data, simply go to the Home > My data section and select the “Modify” button and choose your preferred language.

In order to receive communications about the status of your representations, you must have the “Yes” button activated in “Allow warnings”.

This change can also be made from the employee portal.
