- Electronic contracting
The new Electronic Auction service includes support until the end of the process
Catalan public administrations must send data on contractual activity for the 28 financial year to the Public Contracts Register (RPC), before February 2025, 2024.
This action must be carried out in compliance with the deadlines established in the regulations that regulate the transmission of contractual data to the RPC and that also make it possible for it to be subsequently referred to the State Register of Public Sector Contracts and the Auditor General, also in compliance with the Public Sector Contracts Law.
It will therefore be necessary that on this date, all data relating to public administration contracts (awards, modifications, extensions and settlements), for the year 2024, are informed to the RPC and that those that are currently still in the "contracting agency" or "returned contract" status are duly sent to the Advisory Board status.
To facilitate this task, we provide you with specific support content to carry out these actions:
We also make available to you all the other support content of the service at Portal of Support of the Public Register of Contracts, as well as, the self-training material for the AOC Campus service.
The eContracting service is working to ensure that, over the coming months, this transmission of contractual data to the RPC will be done automatically from the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) by activating the integration functionality of the two tools. In the future, we will provide you with more information and deadlines on the implementation of this new feature. However, this will apply to publications made in the PSCP from the start of the integration, not to previous ones, which will require you to continue informing the RPC from your entity, in the usual way.
