The deadline to communicate the 2024 data to the Public Registry of Contracts ends on February 28

Catalan public administrations must submit to the Public Contracts Registry (RPC), before February 28, 2025, the data on the contractual activity for the 2024 financial year.

This action must be carried out in compliance with the deadlines established in the regulations that regulate the transmission of contractual data to the RPC and which also makes it possible for it to be subsequently referred to the State Register of Public Sector Contracts and the Auditor General, also in compliance with the Public Sector Contracts Law.

It will therefore be necessary that on this date, all data relating to public administration contracts (awards, modifications, extensions and settlements), for the year 2024, are informed in RPC and that those that are currently still in the “contracting agency” or “returned contract” status are duly sent to the Advisory Board status.

To facilitate this task, we provide you with specific support content to carry out these actions:

We also make available to you all the other support content of the service at Portal of Support of the Public Register of Contracts, as well as, the self-training material for the AOC Campus service.

The eContracting service is working to ensure that, over the coming months, this transmission of contractual data to the RPC is done automatically from the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) by activating the integration functionality of the two tools. In the future, we will provide you with more information and deadlines regarding the implementation of this new feature. However, it will apply to publications made in the PSCP from the start of the integration, not so in the previous ones, which will require you to continue informing the RPC from your entity, in the usual way.
