Personalities and winners of the Creu de Sant Jordi

We inform you that the proposal has been published candidacy for the award of the Creu de Sant Jordi, after a digital transformation process where the following actions have been carried out:

  1. 365º review of the process using the methodology of the Digital Services Guide of the Department of the Presidency.
  2. Simplification and standardization of processes and documentation.
  3. Review of personal data collection.
  4. Use of corporate tools for data management and subsequent exploitation.
  5. Improvement of the circuit and communication to receive only electronic documentation.
  6. Inclusion of clear communication criteria in the Gencat website file.
  7. Integration into the omnichannel citizen service model.
