We inform you that the proposal has been published candidacy for the award of the Creu de Sant Jordi, after a digital transformation process where the following actions have been carried out:
- 365º review of the process using the methodology of the Digital Services Guide of the Department of the Presidency.
- Simplification and standardization of processes and documentation.
- Review of personal data collection.
- Use of corporate tools for data management and subsequent exploitation.
- Improvement of the circuit and communication to receive only electronic documentation.
- Inclusion of clear communication criteria in the Gencat website file.
- Integration into the omnichannel citizen service model.
