El meu Espai, the automation of the energy poverty report and the AI ​​support chatbot, present in the program of the NovaGob 2025 Congress

The AOC, as a co-creator of the NovaGob 2025 Congress, which will be held in Barcelona on October 27 and 28, will present within its program, some of its most outstanding projects, focused on digital transformation and citizen care.

The projects that the AOC will present are:

🔹 El Meu Espai
Personalized digital service that offers an integrated and inter-administrative vision of citizen management and that currently provides services to more than 1.000 entities and includes pilots for registration and tax management.

🔹 Chatbot with generative AI
Automated support assistance on services such as idCAT, eFACT o Representa, trained with generative AI and which in 2024 managed more than 143.000 consultations, improving care and freeing up human resources.

🔹 Automation of the energy poverty report
Project that generates automatic energy poverty reports, facilitating the protection of vulnerable people according to Law 24/2015, reducing the administrative burden and avoiding requesting documentation from citizens.
