Present the 2024 Income Tax with the certified idCAT
Since September 2023, idCAT Registration Entities (ER idCAT) can make authentic copies from the same application that issued the idCAT Certificate. This is a voluntary but recommended act by the ER, as it allows for the diligent custody of the documentation. If an authentic copy is made, it is not necessary to keep the paper copy.
From now on too there is the option to delete the authentic copy generated by the ER idCAT operator, for those cases in which an incorrect document has been copied.
It should be noted that the idCAT Certificate issuance platform does not act as an archive for this documentation; once the authentic copy has been made, the document must be downloaded and kept for 15 years from the expiry of the certificate.
