The Via Oberta form no longer includes the Public Social Benefits Registry
La Request for authorization by type of procedure in Via Oberta services It has been modified to adapt the type of procedure to those in the Administrative Information System (SIA).
The main innovations are:
- The procedures have been grouped into 17 types of SIA procedures;
- New procedures have been added;
- There is no longer a distinction between social services and benefits. Everything is grouped under the “Benefits” procedure;
- There is also no distinction between “Management and collection voluntary period/executive route” since it falls under the umbrella of the “Tax” procedure.
Regarding the new classification and the new procedures incorporated, in the document below in “Related documentation” you will find:
- the definition made by SIA of the types of procedures; it can serve as a guide to find out what type of procedure you need;
- list of all procedures which is in the Request for authorization by type of procedure to Via Oberta services classified according to type of procedure. This list is subject to possible updates and inclusion of new procedures;
- the definition of the new procedures incorporated; for the rest, you will find the definition in Classification table model for Local Administration.
