La Request for authorization by type of procedure to the services of Via Oberta It has been modified to adapt the type of procedure to those in the Administrative Information System (SIA).
The main innovations are:
- The procedures have been grouped into 17 types of SIA procedures;
- New procedures have been added;
- There is no longer a distinction between social services and benefits. Everything is grouped under the “Benefits” procedure;
- There is also no distinction between “Management and collection voluntary period/executive route” since it falls under the umbrella of the “Tax” procedure.

- list of all procedures contained in the Request for authorization by type of procedure to the services of Via Oberta classified according to type of procedure. This list is subject to possible updates and inclusion of new procedures;
