From June 11, the new EACAT continues to evolve to offer more efficient and agile electronic processing. With this update, three new features are incorporated new features that already exist in EACAT Classic and now they have migrated to the new EACAT:
- Register of authorized civil servants (RFH), which allows you to consult all the authorized officials of the public entities that are members of EACAT, facilitating regulatory compliance and transparència.
- Registration office, which is an electronic space for the presentation of documentation associated with processing services between administrations. This office sends the documentation to the electronic registry of the recipient entity.
- Processing of procedures received in the Processing Area, which allows you to mark received procedures to indicate that they have already been handled. In addition, it facilitates the identification of the last user who has carried out this action, enabling monitoring and coordination between users.
