New FAQs and new support resources for your Internal Alert Channel

The service user entities Alerts Channel New FAQs are now available in the Alert Channel resource center to facilitate the implementation and management of the Internal Alert System (SIA), in collaboration with the Open Government Network of Catalonia.

These resources are aligned with the regulatory framework of Law 2/2023 and aim to make the adoption of public integrity policies more agile and efficient.

We have updated and expanded the Frequently asked questions of the AOC alert channel to resolve common doubts in a clear and direct way. We especially highlight the new FAQ:

  • Support for the designation of the SIA manager
  • Regulatory models
  • Recommendations for management
