Starting this April, we are making new functionalities, resources and guided assistants available to all local entities to facilitate the implementation and management of the Internal Alert System (SIA), in collaboration with the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia.
All these resources are aligned with the regulatory framework of Law 2/2023 and aim to make the adoption of public integrity policies more agile and efficient.

We have updated and expanded the Frequently Asked Questions of the AOC alert channel to resolve common doubts in a clear and direct way. We especially highlight the new FAQ:

🤖 Personalized guided assistant available
User entities of the Alert Channel service already have a personalized guided assistant which makes it easier for whistleblowers to easily find the appropriate channel according to the nature of what they want to communicate and links directly to the information in each case and for each entity.
🌐 New SIA information page on the Portal de Transparència
From February 19, 2025, user entities of the Portal of Transparència have a new section: “Good Governance and Public Integrity”, with 7 specific items.
One of the key items is the Alert channels and internal alert system (SIA), which includes:
- Direct access to your Internal Alert Channel
- The guided assistant with personalized information
- The ability to add your approved regulations or operating instructions
🔍 Important!: We recommend that you review it and complete it manually with your own regulations before activating it.
