Discover the new resource space to promote digital government in your entity
For a few weeks now, entities that use e-TRAM they can now create and manage their own forms easily and autonomouslyThis new functionality, integrated into the processing module, allows the forms to be adapted to the specific needs of each procedure or service. The new forms can be incorporated into the existing catalog, which currently exceeds sixty procedures.
What does this new module allow?
- Create forms from scratch or from templates.
- Customize fields, texts and options according to the type of procedure.
- Publish them directly in the catalog of procedures.
- Manage and track versions.
This improvement represents a step forward towards a more agile, flexible and citizen-friendly administration, and facilitates compliance with the legal obligation to offer specific, accessible and updated forms to guarantee transparency and facilitate electronic processing.
Some usage indicators
From the beginning of 2025:
- 50 us They have already activated the module.
- Managed more than 20.000 processing of own forms.
In terms of activity, it stands out especially Girona City Council, which until May 2025 has already received 10.319 processing of own forms, almost half of the total. Girona is the largest municipality using the e-TRAM solution, and has been leading innovation with the solution for some time. Since 2024, it has automated the management of generic instances received, automatically referring them to the corresponding management units through artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.
Another great example of use is that of Ripollet City Council, which stands out for the intensive use of its own forms with a total of 64 custom formsIn its catalog of procedures we find, for example, applications for scholarships and grants, participation in selective processes, registrations for courses, pre-registrations for nursery schools or requests for authorization for the temporary occupation of public space, all designed with the new module.
About the solution, the technical team from Ripollet in highlights not only the ability to customization of forms, but also the improvements it brings in accessibility, user experience i automationIn this last point it is remarkable that only by dealing with the data produced by 24 of these own forms carry nearly 6.000 procedures where the data has been processed towards their management solutions in an automated manner.
Finally, it should also be mentioned the City Council of Castellar del Vallès, which with 25 own procedures and more than 1.500 procedures has applied the module in areas such as personnel recruitment calls i grant applicationsOne of the most prominent procedures is that ofprovision of complementary documentation for files already initiated, available for various municipal areas.
