Working session with county councils and provincial governments to present the standardized procedures of Via Oberta
The National Social Security Institute (INSS) has created the Digital Social Card (TSD) service to replace the current consultation service of the Public Social Benefits Registry (RPSP) which will close at the end of 2025.
This new service offers three types of consultation:
Access to TSD depending on whether the entity consumed RPSP
From now on, entities that wish to request new authorizations to consume INSS services, whether through EACAT screens or through integration, will be referred by the PID to the new TSD services.
The AOC has automatically migrated all the authorizations that we had from the consultation service of the Registry of Public Social Benefits (RPSP)The migration has been done to two of the three services: TSD benefit query and TSD economic data query (payments).
As for the third service, the consultation of the members of the living unit, as it is completely new, the authorizations cannot be migrated ex officio and, therefore, access will have to be requested as always: based on a procedure that justifies access to information.
Dates to mark on your calendar
– until September 30: new procedures may be authorized at the RPSP service but it is advised that, If you want consumption by integration, request the TSD service now to avoid having to do a new integration when RPSP is canceled.
– from October 1: new procedures will no longer be authorized in the RPSP service.
– from October 1 to December 31, 2025: coexistence of the "old" RPSP services with the new ones so that organizations can gradually integrate into the new TSD services.
– from 1 January 2026 The RPSP service will no longer be available..
Therefore, we recommend that you start the integration tasks towards the new INSS TSD services as soon as possible. In the coming weeks, the new TSD service charter will be published.
