The new e-TAULER for citizens will be updated to the new version from February 5

Next February 5th, the version of the e-TAULER portal (citizen environment) will be updated for all service users. The change will make it easier for citizens to have a new portal that is much more usable, with a more intuitive and modern design and which includes the consultation of historical announcements. Here are the main changes:
Improvements in design and usability
The new e-TAULER public environment (citizen environment) offers an obvious improvement in the readability and clarity of published announcements and edicts, especially in mobile environments. In general, an effort has been made to update the service and align it with it new design system which will be applied to AOC services intended for citizens.

The new e-TAULER also gives more prominence to search, and the space limitations of featured ads are overcome.

Improvements in accessibility
In this new version of the citizenship portal, an effort has been made to further improve accessibility and comply with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for public sector mobile devices.
Improvements in the consultation of announcements and historical edicts
In order to promote an improvement of the transparència and account retention, in the new version of the service any announcement or edict that has been published in the e-TAULER will be published in the history whenever and wherever one of these 2 circumstances occurs:
It has NOT been withdrawn before its due date (that is, if a withdrawal has not been forced before the scheduled deadline).
NOT informed in the creation of the edict or announcement that contains personal data (if this option is indicated in the edict, it will not appear in the history once the advertising period has expired).

Next Wednesday The version change will take place on February 5 for all users of the service. It will not mean any interruption of service and it will be done automatically. During the intervention we will also take the opportunity to change the URL of e-TAULER to adapt it to the format of the rest of the services, as shown below:

We will make the change through an automatic redirection that we will maintain until December 2025, at which time we will deregister the current servers (and therefore also the redirection), and it will only be possible to access the e-Panel from the new public URL.
Will I have to do any work from February 5th?
If you are a user of the electronic office and/or the portal of transparència of the AOC and you have the item with an automatic redirect, we will change the link to the new default URL for you (before the end of the year).
Therefore, from the deployment of the new e-Tauler frontend for citizens (February 5), you will only have to change the link from the new e-Tauler (citizenship) to your municipal website, or seu-e (if you do not use the one provided by the AOC), then seu-e or transparència We will solve it for you using redirects. Remember that this change must be made before December 2025, as that will be when we close the servers of the current version.
If you are not a user of the electronic office and/or the portal transparència of the AOC, before the end of the year it will be necessary for your website, e-mail and portal to transparència make the change to the new public URL of the e-Board.
Overall, we hope that this long-awaited improvement to the e-Board will represent a leap in usability for citizens, adapting more to their needs and, beyond the design update, helping to strengthen the transparència and the retention of accounts.
