The City Council of Mont-roig del Camp, with just over 12.000 inhabitants, has been among the ten most active entities in the use of the tool It representsThis result is the result of the City Council's firm commitment to promoting the use of electronic representation as an efficient, secure and transversal way of relating to citizens and professionals.
The deployment strategy has been comprehensive, combining communication, training, direct support and internal process reorganization. Some of the key actions that have enabled this success have been:
- Active communication to citizens: A news item was published on the municipal website explaining the Representa tool and its advantages, as well as a fixed information space on the OMAC page.
- Prominent presence in the electronic headquarters: The City Council has created a specific informative procedure on Representa and has placed clear links both in the procedures section and in the "Links of interest".
- Direct action on key groups: A custom action was performed. door to door, visiting agencies, real estate agents, property managers, architects and other professionals who often need to make representations. They were explained on site how Representa works and the benefits it provides, both for them and for the administration.
