The director of the AOC participates in the EAPC's Master in Public Management

Miquel Estape, director of the AOC, has participated in the Master in Public Management of the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC), teaching the session entitled "Public services that put people at the center" within the block dedicated to the foundations of public governance.

The session focused on learning strategies, methodologies and good practices of digital innovation that have been proven in the public sector and that allow administrations to become agile, innovative and citizen-centric organizations. This paradigm shift should allow governments to respond to the new demands and needs of citizens, and face the challenges of a rapidly changing environment caused by the digital revolution.

This is the third edition of this master's degree (which is taught from February 2025 to June 2026) and is intended for senior positions, managerial staff and command positions assimilated to sub-directorates of the Catalan administrations and its public sector.
