The PSCP incorporates new functionalities and improvements to make public procurement management more agile and transparent. We highlight the main changes:
- Simplification in publications of heritage regulations or others: fewer mandatory fields when these specific regulations are applied as the regulations applicable to the file.
- Improvements to social data and award criteria:
- New option to expand information on social technical prescriptions.
- “Condition details” field to specify social execution conditions.
- Redistribution and reduction of award criteria.
- Validations to improve data quality: if the award amount exceeds the tender budget, a blocking notice is generated in contracts with regulations “LCSP”, “RDL 3/2020” or “Law 24/2011.
- Improvements to the adequacy of integration with the RPC: a restriction is added that prevents the number of lots from being zero in aggregate contract postings.
- Improvements in the public sector:
- Button advanced search directly accessible.
- Differentiated search for contracting units and clearer visualization.
- Separation of related bodies with or without their own legal personality.
With these new features, the PSCP continues to evolve to offer a more efficient experience adapted to the needs of contracting authorities and companies. See the details at version news document.
