The open space for proposals to improve the AOC, We improve the AOC, has received since 2017 8.392 contributions from 14.966 users in the form of ideas, complaints, thanks, queries, comments and votes of support. From all this knowledge, we have implemented 893 improvement proposals that facilitate the management and understanding of the digital services we provide.
At the AOC, we firmly believe that continuous improvement is a shared journey, so in 2017 we created the space Millorem AOC (an initiative that is part of theAOC's strategy for designing people-centered services). This space allows you to collect and manage proposals for improving AOC services in an open and transparent way: all suggestions, votes and comments are public and you can subscribe to track them. It is an innovative and unique initiative in the public sector at the state and international level that boosts collective intelligence to improve public services by facilitating user input and interactions through comments, upvotes or brainstorming.

Given the large volume of proposals received, we respond to those that have a minimum of ten votes of support, applying criteria similar to those used by leading companies in the private sector. In this way, the user community helps us define the proposals that we should prioritize.
The expertise of administration staff and citizens is essential in helping to define and improve digital public services and, at the same time, helps to plan and prioritize future developments.
