Every year the Grievances Syndic sends you a questionnaire regarding compliance with the law of transparènciaThe year 2025 will be no exception and the questionnaire with the collection of data relating to the year 2024 is expected to be sent in early 2025.
There is always one piece of data in the questionnaire that you need to report manually: “Number of visits associated with your portal” transparència", but for the next questionnaire of transparència From the Ombudsman we have something new:
- If you are a user of the portal of transparència AOC-XGOC, this information relating to visits to the 2024 portal it will no longer be necessary to inform you, so we will automatically exchange it with the Trustee's team (note: you will also find this information in the Trustee's own questionnaire, and in the accompanying letter).
However, at the level of data on visits, I would like to inform you that the AOC will also continue to publish on our open data portal the data set of "Total visits by citizens to the portals of transparència AOC-XGOC” what you can use it for. We hope that by mid-January 2025 this information will be available at the link above. The data will correspond to the information shared with the Syndic, and which will be used to prepare its reports. We hope that with these coordination efforts, even if only a little, we will help reduce your workload.
