At the AOC we continue to work to improve the use of AOC services by public administrations. In this process, we have detected some shortcomings and less efficient practices. in the use of our services by local authorities, which can affect the quality of service, internal management and the citizen experience.
One of the areas where these practices are most common is in publication of procedures on municipal websites, where situations like:
- Duplicate procedures in Word or PDF format that are already available at eTRAM.
- Custom forms outside ofeTRAM, published in Word or PDF to be presented via generic instance, when they could be created directly in theeTRAM.
