Discover the new resource space to promote digital government in your entity
At the AOC we continue to work to improve the use of AOC services by public administrations. In this process, we have detected some shortcomings and less efficient practices. in the use of our services by local authorities, which can affect the quality of service, internal management and the citizen experience.
One of the areas where these practices are most common is in publication of procedures on municipal websites, where situations like:
- Duplicate procedures in Word or PDF format that are already available in eTRAM.
- Custom forms outside of eTRAM, published in Word or PDF to be presented via generic instance, when they could be created directly in eTRAM.
To help improve this situation, We make various practical and accessible resources available to local entities. which allow progress towards clearer, more efficient electronic processing aligned with the digital public service model:
- Recommendations guide for the publication of electronic procedures
- An FAQ with direct access to current procedure catalog available on eTRAM
In addition to these resources, we offer specific support actions to reinforce its application such as:
- Webinar on the new module for creating e-TRAM's own forms, which will take place on June 17 at the AOC Campus.
- A work session with technicians from the Regional Councils, to train them in assisting the municipalities in their regions.
All these resources aim to improve the quality, clarity and coherence of the electronic procedures offered to citizens, and to facilitate their management by municipal technical teams.
