AOC Support advances towards a digital support and training model: 2025 review
The service My Space of the AOC has obtained its first TOTHOMweb Accessibility Seal, an entity accredited by ENAC.
This distinction recognizes that the service partially and at a first level complies with the criteria of the standard. UNE-EN 301549: 2022, which regulates the accessibility of public sector websites and applications. This is a relevant indicator that guarantees the quality of the service in terms of digital inclusion.
The score obtained in the TOTHOMweb Accessibility Score was 7.41/10This rating corresponds to 1/3 stars obtained in the Accessibility Seal, that is, more than a 6/10 in the TOTHOMweb Accessibility Score. This certification is in addition to those already obtained by other AOC services such as: e-NOTUM, VALID, VALID AP i e-BOARD.
This result reflects the effort to make digital services accessible to everyone, regardless of functional abilities. It is a sign of the AOC's commitment to an administration that puts people at the center.
As the accessibility score is very close to the next level of the label, it allows us to focus on the necessary improvements and plan efforts to achieve the next star, to achieve a score equal to or greater than 8/10 on the TOTHOMweb Accessibility Score.
The service team will continue working during the latter part of 2024 and 2025 to obtain new accreditation.
Accessibility has been integrated from design to service development, with a cross-cutting approach. Tests have been carried out with people with functional diversity and technical criteria have been applied to guarantee fluid, clear navigation that is compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers. This approach has allowed barriers that could hinder access to information to be detected and resolved.
Accessibility is not a goal that is achieved and considered closed, but a living and constantly evolving processThe AOC Consortium is continuously working to strengthen and improve the user experience of digital services. This includes the periodic review of services, the incorporation of new accessible technologies, the training of teams and the collaboration with specialized entities and users. The aim is to ensure that digital public services are increasingly inclusive, adapted to the real needs of citizens.
With this achievement, the AOC reaffirms its commitment to an administration more inclusive, accessible and fairDigital accessibility is key to ensuring that everyone can access public services on equal terms, without exceptions. It is a shared responsibility that contributes to building a more equitable and cohesive society.
