The next May 5 opens the registration from the eighth edition of the Postgraduate Degree in Open Government and Digital Transformation in the Local World, organized by the UdG Foundation, the Girona Provincial Council, and the AOC Consortium. This edition, marked by a name change, is characterized by the adaptation of the program to the latesteres novelties in the sector, and for the possibility of studying it in a modular way.
More from 200 people from all over Catalonia have already completed this Postgraduate course, which has a satisfaction index of more than 8,5 10 on in the previous seven editions. The Postgraduate, with a faculty of recognized prestige, is aimed at workers of the public administrations of Catalonia and als private sector professionals, who have to face the challenge of the digital transformation of the administration, especially at the local level.
Modular format
This next edition, as a novelty, allows you to take the Postgraduate degree in a modular way, enrolling in the Open Government module, the Digital Transformation module or the entire Postgraduate degree.
The entire Postgraduate degree consists of eight subjects:
- Digital Revolution
- Vision, Leadership and Strategy
- Good governance
- Transparència
- Citizen Participation and Collaboration
- Legal Regime of Electronic Administration
- Electronic Administration Tools
- Change Management in Public Administrations
Which are the sum of the two partial modules:
- Open Government Module
- Digital Transformation Module
Hybrid format
The Postgraduate continues in its hybrid format, combining the online classes (66% of sessions) with the face-to-face ones in Girona (33%) to facilitate the attendance of public workers from all over Catalonia. Regarding the schedule, online classes will be held on Wednesday afternoons from 16 to 20 p.m. and face-to-face classes will be held distributed over 7 weekends throughout the course, (Friday afternoon, from 16 to 21 p.m. and Saturday morning, from 9 a.m. to 14 p.m.).
