- Electronic contracting
The video of the webinar on basic concepts for using the PSCP is available
During 2024, 1.355 local entities and universities made publications on the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) and among them, a total of 1.215 also used the eLicita tools to allow the presentation of offers by electronic means, in their tenders. To streamline and make the management of the electronic procurement procedure more efficient, work is being done on different lines of automation of data transfer between the different tools that are part of an organization's procurement process, in order to minimize time and resources in the contractual management of all these entities.
In this way, from the file manager of your entity, there is the possibility ofautomatically report recruitment data to the PSCPThis functionality has been possible since November 2023, when an integration mode is offered that allows procurement file managers to automatically report all the data from all phases of the procurement, without the public bodies using the tool having to replicate it to the PSCP Publications Manager. You can consult the technical details at Documentation for integration with the PSCP.
On the other hand, since 2024 and during 2025, work is underway to implement a new functionality incorporated into the Publications Manager in the PSCP, which will allow the automatic transfer of data from this tool to the Public Registry of Contracts (RPC)In this way, from the launch of the functionality, new publications in the PSCP will be automatically transferred to the RPC, upon reaching the award or formalization phase (depending on the type of tender).
The PSCP Publications Manager will incorporate a new section that will allow tracking of files transferred to the RPC and their status.
This functionality, planned for implementation during the second half of 2025, will involve a very important advance in both simplifying the management of the procedure and improving the quality of the data, avoiding the duplication of the transfer of data to the different tools.
Training resources
In order to support contracting authorities in the use of the available procurement tools, we remind you that the training and support resources of the AOC Campus and eContractació support Portals (PSCP - eLicita - RPC - e-Auction).
