APDCAT and AOC constitute a working group of data protection delegates to promote ethical AI
On September 17, the AOC Executive Committee approved the specific conditions of the new service Process automation, an initiative designed to facilitate the digitalization of local administrations, especially smaller ones that lack technological and organizational capabilities.
This new service will allow local entities to access common processes designed and automated by the AOC, based on technologies process management and automation (BPM) i robotic automation (RPA)The objective is clear: reduce manual workload, increase efficiency and guarantee more agile, secure and proactive management of administrative files, processes and tasks.

With this new service, the AOC continues to advance towards a public administration more proactive, efficient and people-focusedProcess automation not only improves internal management, but also has a direct impact on the quality of life of citizens, especially in the most sensitive areas such as social services.
