The AOC and the Granollers City Council explain their interoperability model in Bilbao
The Language and Law Journal has published a note on your blog about improvements in clear communication which the AOC is implementing to offer more accessible and understandable digital services.
The article covers the efforts of the AOC to simplify language and improve user experience to public digital services. Through a standardized design system, work has been done to make the services clearer and more intuitive, avoiding technicalities and restructuring the information.
This strategy has already been applied to platforms such as e-NOTUM, El Meu Espai and e-TAULER, and is being extended to the electronic processing portal (e-TRAM) and the transparency portal, adapting forms and content so that they are simpler and easier to understand.
These improvements respond to the AOC's objective of making a Closer, more efficient and accessible administration, facilitating the use of digital services and improving the experience of citizens in their relationship with public institutions.
