- Interoperability
The Via Oberta form no longer includes the Public Social Benefits Registry
On May 26, a session was held aimed at technicians from regional councils and provincial councils with the aim of presenting the work done in standardizing data access procedures through Via Oberta services.
This conference is part of the joint work to improve and simplify the processing of these services at the local level, especially thinking about how to support town halls, especially the smallest ones.
What did we present?
During the session, it was shown how to fill out the generic application form with a prepared resource: an Excel file that includes standardized procedures in accordance with common regulations for procedures of general use, with:
This resource is designed to facilitate the task of the technical teams that manage these requests and expedite their authorization, provided that the proposed standardized models are used.
We share the experience and pilot: the Bages County Council
One of the most enriching moments of the session was the presentation by the Bages Regional Council, which participated as a pilot entity in the development and validation of these procedures.
They shared the real difficulties they have encountered and the practical benefits of being able to systematize the requests. Their experience highlights the importance of having practical and shared references, and can be very useful for other county councils that have to accompany small municipalities.
Common objective: improve service to citizens
We all share the desire to make data access processing easier, safer and faster, and to do so with legal guarantees. Standardized procedures are a tool to advance towards this goal and guarantee a homogeneous, efficient and reproducible model across all local administrations.
Where to find the resource?
The Excel file is available atModels, guides and good practices area of the AOC website, within the Via Oberta section.
Thanks to all the attendees and especially to the teams of the Bages Regional Council and the Girona Provincial Council, who have been key in defining, testing and enriching the resource. Collaboration between administrations is essential to offer a good service to citizens and reduce administrative burdens.
