We promote local interoperability in Tarragonès with the support of the Regional Council

We held two joint working sessions with the Tarragonès Regional Council and a wide representaof the town councils of the region: Altafulla, Constantí, Creixell, El Catllar, El Morell, Els Pallaresos, La Nou de Gaià, La Pobla de Montornès, La Riera de Gaià, La Secuita, Perafort, Renau, Salomó, Torredembarra, Vespella de Gaià and Vilallonga del Camp.

The aim was to share knowledge about What is interoperability? and how to make practical use of it through the services of Via ObertaAnd during the session we presented a practical resource in Excel format which collects the standardized procedures of Via Oberta, with all the information necessary to request the services: code and name of the procedure, searchable data, legal basis, type of consent and other key aspects.

Knowledge transfer and territorial collaboration

These sessions exemplify the fundamental work that county councils do in knowledge transfer to local entities, especially in small municipalities or with fewer technical resources. The collaboration with the Tarragonès Council has made it possible to provide resources developed by the AOC, resolve specific doubts and strengthen the autonomy of the town councils in the management of interoperability services.

Towards a more agile, secure and standardized processing

From the AOC we have prepared this Excel resource to facilitate the use of services Via Oberta, reduce errors and requirements, save time and guarantee the legal securityIt is a living document, which will be updated with new procedures and regulatory changes.

You can find it in the space of Models, guides and best practices from the AOC website.
