The video of the webinar on basic concepts for using the PSCP is available
In the context of analyzing the activity of the basic administration services that are part of the AOC's service catalog and as an additional action to promote the use of the Public Procurement Services Platform (hereinafter PSCP), from the AOC Consortium, as we had already told you, on May 21, we gave a training session on basic concepts for the use of this tool, aimed at initial users of this service, in the areas where the AOC is implemented.
The content of the session
The webinar covered general concepts of the service, such as the registration process, user roles and access methods, and focused its content on a demonstration of the main practical cases of publishing tender announcements with and without lots, as well as aggregated publications of minor contracts, from the PSCP Publications Manager, which is the module of the tool that is aimed at its use by public workers.
During the session, the need for all contracting bodies in Catalonia to advertise through the PSCP was emphasized. of all phases of the tenders and other information related to the contracting process, also specifically remembering on minor contracting, the obligation to publish, at least, on a quarterly basis, to comply with current regulations on Public Procurement.
Seminar attendees:
The training session had a very outstanding participation, with a total of 470 attendees, mostly coming from organizations in the local area of Catalonia.
